Position Summary

Are you the type of person that walks into a room and notices something’s out of place and knows exactly where to put it?

At Olly Olly, our Junior Quality Analyst’s job is to be the final set of eyes to review client websites before going live. This role’s main responsibility is to review these websites for content, design, and functionality, and follow our internal processes to fix and record these errors whenever they occur.

The ideal person has a superb eye for detail and excellent communication skills. The Junior Quality Analyst supports all departments that work on developing client websites, ensuring a successful final deliverable and an optimal user experience. Familiarity with digital marketing is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality assurance testing for new and existing client websites, including:
    • Content: Reviewing for duplicate, inconsistent, inaccurate, or outdated information. Reviewing accuracy in grammar, spelling, and punctuation
    • Design: In line with style guide, language syntax, and branding guidelines.
    • Functionality: Validating page elements, including links, videos, images, and page layouts.
  • Making appropriate and relevant amends.
  • Provide support and ideas to improve cross-functional development processes and help mitigate errors and inconsistencies.
