Prospecting Strategist


Position Summary

The Prospecting Strategist at Olly Olly is responsible for the lead generation operations within our sales department. You will research potential leads and update our records, find out how we can meet the changing needs of the markets and innovate with solutions. 

You will play a critical role in creating, implementing and reinforcing best practices and procedures in lead generation and make the Sales team successful. The ideal person for this role has high attention to detail and is able to work in a fast paced sales environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactive prospecting leads by finding qualified businesses that could benefit from Olly Olly’s services, by using web scraping tools, and logging accurate information into our CRM.
  • Collaboratively work with management to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities for the sales department. 
  • Design and execute nurture campaigns to reach out to leads
  • Provide consistent, concise, accurate and timely sales lead generation reports to management.

Ideal Profile

  • Experience: 
    • Working experience with CRMs | required
    • Working experience in Data Analytics | nice-to-have
    • Macros / software development experience | nice-to-have 
    • B2B or B2C Sales telemarketing experience | nice-to-have
    • Experience with lead generation and marketing automation software | nice-to-have
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems engineering or equivalent | nice-to-have
  • Languages: Advanced English | required
