We lead by example. We take responsibility for our work, our mistakes and failures and are committed to learning through them. We treat others with respect (including our competition), and always exhibit good sportsmanship. This means we never talk ill of our competition and instead focus on our strengths. We keep our word, deliver our work on time, and practice consistency in all that we do. We roll up our sleeves and do the work that needs to be done without taking shortcuts.
We recognize that there is always more to learn. We offer and accept criticisms and constructive feedback graciously with a desire to grow together. Instead of avoiding tough conversations, we lean into vulnerability, even when it’s uncomfortable. Instead of projecting false confidence, when we don’t know something, we ask clarifying questions to gain a deeper understanding, and we seek help when needed.
