Instead of pursuing our own ideas in isolation, we recognize that incorporating the diverse background and experiences our coworkers bring can often lead to the best solutions.

We act as allies for one another when we observe or witness unfair treatment, and speak out against mistreatment. We always assume best intentions and respond to our coworkers with kindness and gratitude. We practice active listening, and avoid interrupting or talking over others.
