Southcoast Insurance is one of the largest and fastest-growing independent insurance agencies in Massachusetts. It was founded in Fall River, MA, in 1975 and it’s committed to providing the best service and policy protection to its clients.

THE CHALLENGE

Southcoast Insurance was looking for a one-stop solution for their digital marketing efforts. They needed guidance to enhance their local rankings and online reputation through keyword expansion, content revamp, and social media management.

OUR STRATEGY

After reviewing their site, our team suggested updating their copy with high search volume local keywords, reorganizing their menu, and creating a separate commercial services page. We optimized their images through keyword insertion in the alternative text, enhanced their GMB listing through content posting, increased their site speed, and continued building their Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn following.

In addition, we’ve helped Southcoast Insurance launch email and reputation management campaigns, as well as direct mail campaigns – through the services offered by our sister branch Plum Direct Marketing.
